first, its a collection of multiple programs, not a single program with a lot of utilities. it is also a free version of adobe creative cloud, not a monthly subscription to adobe creative cloud as was the case with the old master collection. so, its a little bit more complicated than usual. many of the programs you know from the past creative suite 6, cs5, cs4, cs3, cs2, cs1 are still there and will still work, but many others are only available as trial versions. in this package, there are also some new programs, and some new features, and some new ways of working.
as i mentioned, the new adobe master collection is not a monthly subscription, but if you have a creative cloud subscription from the past, you can still upgrade to the new version, using the standard procedures that creative cloud already knows, for example, sending a payment for the upgrade. its a lot easier to work with, and if you need the newer programs, youre probably already using them anyway, so there is no big rush to upgrade.
if you want to continue using the older adobe photoshop cc 2019 or adobe photoshop cc 2018, then you can continue to use them, or even use adobe photoshop cc 2017 as well, with no interruption to your current work. for more information, please consult the complete adobe photoshop cc 2019 system requirements .
