WHITE CHEDDAR MAC & CHEESE

Serves 6-8

Ingredients:

- 1 box of elbow macaroni

- 2 tsp of butter

- 2 tsp of flour 

- 3 cups of milk

- 2 cups of cheese (aged white cheddar)

- 1/2 tsp salt & pepper 

- 1 tsp truffle oil 

Directions

Cook macaroni in salted water for 8-10 minutes then strain and set aside. Melt butter in sauce pan at medium heat. Whisk in flour and add milk one cup at a time to ensure there are no clumps. Once it begins to boil, add in cooked macaroni, salt and pepper and stir. Add cheeses until fully melted. Add truffle oil. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
